Technically, only the RA member's room gets the RA benefits (upgrade, minibar, gift, free movie, early checkin, late checkout, etc.)

Practically, YMMV. Generally they'd put both rooms together if you ask, so they would UG both rooms to Club level, but the second room may not get Club benefits. Although sometimes they've extended those as well.

Generally they advise you that the second room minibar is not free (but you could always invite them over to your room to partake).

I've never had a problem with early checkin/out.
