I would like to use Starwood points to stay at St Regis in Rome for our honeymoon next summer. Only concern is the degree of smoking that might exist in the hotel. My future wife and I are non-smokers. I realize St Regis offers non-smoking rooms, but I have heard from a colleague who stayed at the hotel that the smoke from smoking rooms can filter into the non-smoking ones based on the number and location of smoking rooms at this property.
Does this coincide with the experience of non-smoking frequent guests at the St Regis in Rome? I would value your comments.
Thanks in advance for the help.
