Hi Andrew,

Thanks for answering everyone's questions on the board. A few specific points and a couple of requests:

Overall, this feels like a broad devaluation to the program, especially for those of us who primarily travel North American economy and international paid J.

Right now, as someone who has made SE for the first time I am very disappointed in the lack of acknowledgement AC seems to have given people who consistently fly this airline above others and contribute heavily to the bottom line

Right now SE benefits are only moderately better than those that elite members receive, despite the fact that we fly 3X more than Elites

As of today I've earned 6 SSWU's, 4 NAU's, and ~20-24 SWU's based on my flight pass activities and my travel patterns -- I've been able to use virtually all of my certs by planning travel well on cheap fares.

In my estimation on 160K miles of flying this year this would amount to approximately 300 total credits compared to the roughly 160 that I will earn next year, or a 50% devaluation in services.

AC has managed to completely miss the boat on one of the most basic principles of busiess - Keep It Simple Stupid. The program is overly complex and likely does not easily meet the needs of most flyers. As it stand now we went from a program that was at times frustrating, but simple and easy to understand to one that is both devalued and unecessarily complex. It is also fully unrelated to what most AC FF's experience to date is (e.g., SWU's, SSWU's) and therefore will be difficult to manage in practice.

I would strongly ask that you communicate to management and the people in charge our general dissatisfaction with the devaluation of the program and the complexity. There is still time to fix this program, or at least increase the parity with previous years prior to implementing it.

I am willing to give this program a year to see whether or not I like it. However, as it stands now I rarely fly latitude and only fly paid J overseas for business. My upgrades are only useful right now for personal travel as the NA cost for upgrades is ludicrous.
