some thoughts
• can you go back to the travel agent ? DO they have any other paperwork with the correct number?
•.what if you mail a cc of the boarding pass to UAL?
•.can you see the reservation in "prior reservations" online? Guessing if your mom went thru a TA she doesn't have an MP account online?
