i agree with AY....its a difficult balance.... you have a whole spectrum of people here that are willing to pay anything from $200-$3000 for a J seat.... You will never please everybody.

The only suggestion I would give AY is whether AC can differentiate the value of Tango Plus M and U in SWU/SSWU from T+ on SSWU booked in other booking classes.

For example, M and U will have a 5-6 day upgrade ahead while other Tango Plus classes are 4 day upgrade ahead for Elites, similarly for Super Elite 8-9 days.
