Can someone please post the rules for the All-NZ RTW rules ex-UK? I've searched around but found nothing. On the NZ website, I get error messages with several destinations that the system suggests that I am able to have, so I thought I'd do it on the phone but I want to be prepared with what flights I want before I call. How many stopovers can I have, what's the mileage limit, are codeshares ok, etc?

Also, the website gives me a mix of G, K and V but only V will earn me any points on UA Mileage Plus, so I'm hoping that the NZ agent will allow me to have it all in V without it costing too much more.
