tanna, I see your 15 properties and raise you my 150+ in 3 chains this year. The hotel is not going to go "upscale". If your approach is followed the hotel will have to leave the sheraton chain. As it stands it's the only one in 3 states near by. The property will not bear rates to provide the training, services and personal you require. YOUR horror story involves 1)rude desk clerk 2)sloppy bellman 3) biz center dissapointment. SO WHAT?
