So Flight Care didn't answer the phone? And you called LH in three countries and all agents were not able to help? Can you elaborate a bit what the agents were saying?

While of course this is not a good impression, you shouldn't judge LH in Italy solely by one instance of bad customer service. What is the online tracking saying about the missing bag(s)?
