Do not fly Lufthansa to Italy except with carry one bags. There is no one to retrieve luggage or reply to customers. Literally no one.

So Flight Care didn't answer the phone? And you called LH in three countries and all agents were not able to help? Can you elaborate a bit what the agents were saying?
While of course this is not a good impression, you shouldn't judge LH in Italy solely by one instance of bad customer service. What is the online tracking saying about the missing bag(s)?
