A mix of smaller eagle creek packing cubes and sacs I picked up on closeout. Magellans, Ebags, and a few other places carry similar stuff. I've gotten tired of trying to repack the bag I take on the next flight and especially when the TSA wants to see my camera buried in a pocket at the bottom of my bag.

The eagle creek "pack-it sac" has a plastic lining so it's not always easy to pack, but at least it doesn't slide around inside.

I don't have much smaller stuff, but for those coin purses can work well (something like this http://www.etsy.com/listing/59698204...B0%5D=handmade)

All cords get cable ties (http://www.monoprice.com/products/pr...seq=1&format=2)

Also I take shorter cords (monoprice has 1' usb cables) and tried to standardize on usb.
