I did buy the ticket beginning of November, but:
Fri 17 Dec 08:40 Duesseldorf 09:35 Frankfurt LH075 4h45 Economy (U)
Fri 17 Dec 11:35 Frankfurt 13:25 Belgrade LH1406 Economy (U)
I think minimum 21 days in advance purchase is required to get a class U, W, V or whatever other code...out of my last 5 tickets, 4 were in U and one in W. Also would recommend following hints:
do not to book 99 euro tickets
do not book direct flights
use other country websites (LH USA)
to get these classes...
Also note that Dec.6 was the date when the rules changed so all of this might be in vain....I will share my experience when I book next time!
