I don't know about your guys but I've had quite abit of success with Hyatt BRG.

I've had 3 of 4 successful bookings for next year.

In general, I find that when I get a US Rep, my chances of success are far greater than local reps.

I usually try to call the local reservation centers late at night when they forward it to a US call centers.

The Indians reps (No offense nothing personal) are the hardest to work with because they have no clue what the BRG is, I have a lot of trouble hearing them and understanding what they are saying (e.g. per night sounds like four night), and they can be argumentative.
