Stayed at the WDW Dolphin across the "pond" from the Swan. A "deluxe" room means you get a view of the "pond"/waterways rather than the parking lot. The balcony is approx. 10 sq ft enough space for one chair! The jr. suite will(should?) have a pull out bed in its sofa (call the hotel directly to inquire). I would definitely go for the jr. suite. You didn't mention your SPG status if you are gold they will try for your upgrade .. if Platinum they will really try and a VIP agent will meet you in the lobby to walk you to your room ... nice touch.

MCO to the hotel is approx. 40 min by shuttle bus (about $15 pp one way) run by an outfit called Mears Transportation. Make sure to buy your ticket in the terminal (arrivals level right opposite the baggage carrousels).
