That applies to airline agents too, probably more so since deep down they want (and need) you to keep flying. Just don't debate it with them.
I hope you meant that those of us who are vocal in our objections are in the minority...because more and more, I am finding people who object to be the majority. Most just are not vocal...they are the followers, not the leaders.
Even teh local radio station that viewed NOOD as a kooky thing has come around just in the span of a few weeks with the increased reports of celebrities speaking out. While we might not think highly of those celebs, the reality is that the media WILL give them more air time than they would ever give most of us on FT.
