Not sure what you mean with priority. As a SEN your are already high in the priority list. Whenever O opens up HONs might be served first followed by SENs.

If your UG doesn't clear until 24hrs before departure it will get removed. Then try to checkin via phone and ask for the UG with eVouchers again.
