Been frequently flying WN since 1999 but only had the recent opportunity to do the Texas 3-step into DAL a few times. Was looking forward to visiting the corporate HQ Airport and I'm just shocked at what I saw regarding WN's presence at the airport.

Gots to ask the question, why is their flagship station so run down and dingy, including the bathrooms? And the entire time, a bi-lingual message is blaring overhead that Dallas Love Field is named as the top ranked airport for customer service by JD Powers & Assoc...

I've seen WN significantly transform other airports like ISP and MDW over the years, so why not DAL?

I would just be embarrassed if I was an WN Executive based there.

Any comments / thoughts?
