How did you get from his post(s) that he was blaming the airline for being late? It was subsequent, automated events that he is complaining about.

I flew back from BRU to PHL last Wednesday, and the flight was late because we had to circle three times before they had a landing slot for us. If you are flying in the overly busy Northeast corridor (BOS, LGA, JFK, EWR, PHL, DCA), your chances of an on time arrival are a crap shoot at best. I have lucked out lately with the exception of my Belgium flight.
