Super defensive WN agent when I called to cancel

Just now I called to cancel our Christmas itinerary (we'll be driving 10 hours instead), and mentioned it was due to my opposition to NoS/groping. Agent claimed in a, um, snotty tone she had traveled over Thanksgiving and had "no problems."

I said, "Well, I'm just not crazy about being touched inappropriately and/or naked X-rays. But thanks, and good luck to you all." *click*

Gotta wonder if they're getting a lot of cancellations/complaints. I surely hope so. Would have asked, but didn't get the sense I'd get much info out of this particular CSA.

Anyone else? Didn't sound like I'd have much hope getting a refund on the ticket, but with WN at least I get a credit for the amount spent that's good for a year. Hopefully by 12/8/11 they'll have cleared up some of this nonsense...
