Came back on SQ 318 on Tuesday, and it offered the same steak I had on SQ 322 a couple of months ago, which, all things considered was pretty good.

I went out on SQ 321 and had a quite stunning Thai Green Curry - went back and got a 2nd!

Interestingly, all 3 (also SQ 1) flights were about 70% in economy, and I secured emer exit seats at check-in. What also seems to happen is that everyone online check-ins upstairs (as they have read it's a better cabin etc etc) but downstairs at the back is really quiet. Many 'economy class sleeper beds' (ie 4 empty seats!) available...
