I guess I understand urging caution on this forum re "soft openings" or new hotels as a matter of practical advice, but the complaints are legitimate and are part of the several iterations it will probably take to get this place running smoothly.
BTW, I paid the C&P rate (4k + $60) and I'd be hard pressed to pay over $200 for this place (but I really don't care for midtown)
