Only thing is that I will receive my card and the rest of benefits next month. Would be nice to just get the card now or at least before Dec 26. To get priority boarding, it probably won't work without the card...maybe if I print out my AP account. Probably it would help just have access into a MLL, but no more. You know more than me, but why your status is still at P on FT ?
I'm thinking that might be a bit hopeful to get a 10 day turnaround from the mid december sweep to the date you'd like it. Given that most clients are in the first sweep, and factoring in holiday packages/letters, I wouldn't count on getting it in time.
You can make sure that your status shows on your reservation and your boarding passes at least, and bring a printout of the Aeroplan page and try to make your case to get in. For me it would be OK but they can be dicks at the lounge.
