Re: the nuanced differences between Europcar and National... last week I called my local Europcar branch when I got locked out of a pre-paid booking on Europcar.com. However the local number routed me to a National call centre and the whole booking has now been handled and invoiced with National (I did get a nice van with Europcar written on it, though )

I presume I haven't a hope of getting miles?
