If you are not a big person (widthwise) I would suggest the 76Q if you can snag Row 2 or 3. Though it is not by that much that I would spend more money/miles or take a less convenient flight for it. ATL-LAS I have seen them replace 75X with regular 757. Less chance they do that with a 76Q
