Thanks for your help, but I've already contacted with Canadian Immigration Centre and heard of it. Unfortunately, I sent it by regular mail and if I want to send whole application again, I have to wait for some document to get it about a week. Also the agency told me it'll take 30 business days but not guaranteed.
As I wrote above, Travel Document cannot work for me...
