Ive been on hold with them now off/on for 4 hours trying to get the credit owed to me to my credit card. Ive been transferred 5 times, hung up on once, and each time I have to start from scratch. I know we're getting somethng for nothing, but this is certainly doing nothing to promote the services of using a third party for booking travel. Makes me glad I almost always use an airline or hotel's web site directly!
Edited to add: After all this time on the phone...Expedia now says they want to investigate my case. Im sure theyre going to come back with some form repsonse saying they have to charge the $300...anyone else have a positive response from Expedia after not seeing the charge refunded to their credit card? This is really frustrating. They should honor their mistake...I should charge Expedia for the four hours I spent on the phone with them!!
