I submitted a retro claim a month ago using the link on the website, heard nothing for a long while, then had this quality reply :
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email.
I have well taken your request into account concerning your miles credit BMI DIAMOND CLUB.
After checking your rental agreement, you benefited from miles which will be sent on the next 06.12.10.
Your membership account will be credited as soon as BMI DIAMOND CLUB will validate your transaction.
