Very well put. You didn't mention that CO is the only carrier to charge for some drinks in F, and the only U.S. carrier with no cappuccino machines in its lounges.

I know the cappuccino thing may sound nitpicky, but hey, my other half likes them, so I have to hear about if we're ever in a CO PC in the morning. And besides, for all of CO's self-puffery, they deserve to have these sorts of deficiencies pointed out.
