The English translation provided on the phones is "Cost per pulse," see the link in post #22. Furthermore as a native speaker of English and Dutch I can safely say that the proper English to Dutch translation for cost per call is kosten per gesprek.

I also wouldn't rely on Google translate too much. Doesn't provide enough nuance.
