This was my first flight on CO; how long does it take them to post flights on dot bomb??
I did this exact same run earlier this year. 7K plus miles for not too bad a price.
My flight was entirely on CO metal, although it was a UA code share and had UA flight numbers. Took a little longer than normal to post, but the EQM's were in my account within 3 days.
