Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there's nothing, or next to nothing. *A is not great for Caribbean destinations.

Star Alliance route finder doesn't show anything at all out of MCO except Jamaica via CLT -- and when I've searched in the past it wasn't any better out of any other Florida airport, including MIA.

Unfortunately it's not just the caribbeans that do not get many services - the whole of FL seems pretty light.
