IMHO, using a SWU on an LH Z-fare to u/g to F is the best use of the instrument, especially with the UA SWU "Quantitative Easing" policy of 2010. I used two of mine (ORD-FRA-ORD) during the end of peak summer season travel and both cleared no problem.
