Christmas Day Dining Options on Oahu

We are trying to find a nice place to have brunch on Christmas day this year. I've searched on this forum as well as Google and haven't found anything with glowing recommendations. This has a few recommendations:

At this point, I'm guessing availability is going to be our issue. We called both Orchid's at the Halekulani Hotel & Hoku's at the Kahala Resort, but both are already booked full. We are staying at the Sheraton Waikiki and we were able to get reservations at the Kai Market at the hotel, so that will be convenient. We are looking for a brunch option as we are flying back to the mainland at 7:30PM.

Is there anyplace else I should check out or just go with Kai Market?
Any other must do/see holiday events?

Thanks in advance!
