Purchase any full-fare ticket to anywhere. You will then be given the option of buying more miles. You have to buy RDM's before it will let you buy EQM's.
Buy as much as you want. Then, cancel the ticket you purchased.
You dont necessarily need to buy full fare ticket. Thats just in case you forgot to cancel the ticket in 24 hours.
