Avis does as well (to be expected, given they are part of the same group), whether it's .com, .com.au, etc.

As does Europcar, and although I can't get the Hertz page on my mobile at the moment, I think they do as well.

The flip side is that Australians get significantly better Hertz rates in the US than locals!
