No delivery - the depot is all of 4 miles away; we have no snow - but then they have logistical problems. No phone call either. That's bad. Somebody waited in all day in case Mr Tesco or his east European white van driver turned up.
Ping! A standard e-mail response to my message of Friday has arrived. It consists of FAQs, mentions snow and has no relevance to my query.
I ordered a bed from Tesco direct on 15 November. They have failed to deliver it twice now on days I took off from work to take delivery and the delivery company now say they have no record of ever received the bed from the supplier - and it's impossible to get through to tesco on the phone at the moment. (The same day I stayed home last week for the bed delivery, I was also supposed to receive a delivery from M&S - and the delivery company insist they delivered it even though they didn't.) Grrrr.
