Guessing you were screened through security, so don't think the terrorist thing is much of a deal at all, anybody can swap boarding passes and board any plane once they are airside.
I'm confused, you went to the wrong gate, and boarded the wrong plane, and got in an hour early, and you want compensation for it?
I too am having trouble understanding what damages you suffered. Do you take no personal responsibility for this major inconvenience of arriving an hour early? They seem to have been good about the late baggage -- what more do you want?
