I am disappointed that ExpertFlyer did not send me alerts (despite requesting them) for Z and U availability on flights from ORD -LHR on 12/9.

I was up at 5:00 am so I checked the AA website and the seats were available so I called AA and booked them. My ExpertFlyer flight alerts did not go off for ANY flight on 12/9.

I am very disappointed in the service. Has this happened to anyone else?
