I used Quikbooks a few times years ago for NYC hotels and was fine.
This week I needed something vaguely reasonable in San Francisco and got priced out bidding on Priceline, so, I thought I'd give QB a shot.
They have a new "secret" hotel thing, sorta like Hotwire, except you don't get the name of the hotel for 24 hours after you make the no cancel reservation.
I bit for around $70 in Union Square. I'm guessing it turns out to be the Whitcomb, but who knows?
Anyone else used the secret service at QB? And, what was your experience, good or bad?
The Whitcomb is not near Union Square, it is West of Powell Street on Market, I believe it just West of 8th or 9th Street. It is about one mile from Union Sq. It has changed names many times at one time it was the PSA Hotel, owned by the now defunct PSA Airlines.
