April/May is about as hot as it gets in BOM, not a recommended time to visit. If you are passing thru to some other place you could stopover, but flying hours just to go to BOM??

PS: I lived nearly 6 years there, but can't think of more than 2-3 days worth of activities. Especially not in the heat.
