Not to quibble, but legal action and compensation?

Yes, you may be due a little compensation due to the fact that your luggage was late, but for the rest? You made it to SFO 1 hour earlier than planned.

Yes, United should review what happened, as they flew with an extra, unaccounted passenger on board. But to mention legal action for that?
