I believe so. I used my card at the restaurant at the westin in Puerto Vallarta. I thought it would be automatic, but I should have gone to the hotel desk to have it entered to get the bonus. However a phone call explaining the situation took care of it. In fact I got triple miles from starwoods, (80 plus 40) for a $40 meal for which I got the 40 for using the card - make sure you are "gold" with Starwoods, they had me down as corporate by mistake which only gives you double instead of triple. If you are actually staying at the hotel, I believe they enter your number and you should get your bonus. (always best to call them directly to double check how it works)
