AndrewWebber: Stay at the Sheraton Centre-Ville. If you are a Preferred Gold or above you'll most like get comped Club Level. In my 5 years with Sheraton as a Gold and Plat, I've always been upgraded to Club Level, or at least been allowed access to the Lounge if Club Level was sold out, all the while paying the absolute lowest fare.

Now here's a tip: Check your dates in August on Sheraton's website on a day to day basis. If you lump a week's stay together in one reservation, chances are you'll pay the highest rate X 7, if you book day by day you'll get the lowest rate for each day. During the FAQ in July, attendees are saving $124 CAD over 3 days by using this strategy.
