Well I just phoned and as expected, the web-site rate was wrong. For the same dates, a "traditional" room at Le Centre Sheraton is C$170 and a club room is C$230 per night. Still more than the Four Points but comparable to the Wyndham and Marriott. I can also upgrade to Club for 1250pt per night, now I have to figure out if that's worth $60 (my Harbour Castle nights are 3k-4k so I guess the question is if I can get a room there for $180 or so, and I think the answer is no).
