I was wrong about the VroomVroomVroom.com price being cheaper, the actual difference was for the paticular rental agency I booked the car at I chose to bring it back a half hour earlier than the full 24 hour period for the last day of the reservation, that alone dropped the price. It seems to work for more than one of them, sometimes.

i.e. I reserved a G6 from Alamo through Vacation Outlet. I chose the $50 off a weekly rental special for January. For the dates I chose a week they happend to have a special on the G6, it was actualy the cheapest of all the cars they offered. Then the $50 was subtracted from the price. By bringing the car back one half hour earlier for the week the base price was actually $30 cheaper. So I have a G6 for 6 days, 23 hours and 30 minutes for $132.

I also have noticed that with Budget you can get the same price by pre paying as you get by using the good BCD's, no differnce in price for doing both.
