My favorites are

1- 4S, because of the exceptional service. Not necessarily the room decor. Though other 4S have wonderful rooms, such as in DC and other parts of the world.

When they are fully booked i stay at the

2-Lowell.

And once I stayed at the new Firmdale hotel down in Soho, they are a British family owned hotels.
