Having a personal consierge helped me this week. I wanted to use a free friday/saturday and a 7000 point ward for three days at the Sheraton in Anchorage. One of the nights was unavailable and I called every coulple of days trying to get a room. One day I called a the agent said she would be my personal consierge, five minuted later she called the hotel directly that was sold out and got me a room. The rest of the agents just looked in their computer and said not available.
