auh2o, that is basically how I feel, I had only called the general Platinum number about missing stays and figured I could ask about an upgrade (not a suite)---I got the standard answer to both requests that I would have expected as a non elite and that is where I felt disappointed! Yes I agree that A----- is great , but we should keep his name a secret...we don't want him to become overwhelmed by FT'ers asking only for him.
