I've heard many times on this board about platinums having their own "personal" concierge. When I called the Platinum desk to inquire, I was told that no one is assigned to a particular concierge. The agent said that every concierge at the Platinum desk is similarly trained to handle my requests.

I was wondering if you picked your concierge after dealing with him/her after a couple of times and just request that concierge when you call the Platinum desk? Do you enter their extension number? Generally, I find them all to be very good. But, some are definitely better than others.
