Stayed near the top without the $20 surcharge - I guess upgraded as gold member.
Agree about the noise and fumes. The hotel is effectively surrounded by several lanes of traffic.
Stay there if you have to or if you need the points, otherwise follow posters' advice and stay elsewhere.
