Try the ITA Matrix search:

http://matrix.itasoftware.com/?showPricePerMile=true

The price per mile option shows the total fare (including all fees and taxes), the miles and the cents per mile. It also shows the specific booking class.

It takes a little time to learn. But it is very powerful. You can limit the search to specific connection points and airlines. For Europe you need to change the Sales City to a local city.
