You can see seat maps at Travelocity, Expedia, and Biztravel, as well as at some airline sites (CO, AA, UA, etc).

To see the entire seat map, go to about.com and in the travel section they have seat maps for just about every airline with a website. Those seat maps aren't flight-specific and therefore don't have seat taken data, etc.
